Mr. Wall was born in 1962 in Rupert, Idaho. He attended Boise State before joining the Army. He currently resides in the Lebanon area.
"I was a scout pilot and an OH-58 pilot. My job was to fly out in front of the ground forces as they crossed the border and to scout ahead and look for the enemy so that they would have eyes out ahead of them, so they would know what was out there. "Mr. Wall also served as a Tactical Operations Officer and an Instrumental Flight Examiner.
